I HAVE A CONFESSION........I'm one of those people that for a long time would not bid you the time of day! I wouldsee a Scentsy sticker usually it would be on a vehical driving by...and I always thought you were tacky or your name was annoying!! Maybe I didn't feel you were very origonal or something! Dunno.... isn't that just awful.....I was unaware for starters, and I just thoughOH BLAH........you are such another Net Work Marketing company......just would pay no attention! Well I am Sorry Scensty cause I really like you now! My house smells so good and I'm constantly telling people about you! I am a sucker and a victim of you Scentsy! SO.......I want every woman to have some Sence and get Scentsy! Baaaahhhhh......I know I not funny but seriously I love it! And the burners are only getting cuter! let me show you the one's I chose......This was my Scentsy Stash the other day when i unpacked it all! I had my own open house and it totally paid off!

TaDa!

Chicken Peanut Satay


Oh My goodness.....Im so excited about this recipe! I want you to try it! I got it out of a little cookbook that Green Boots sent to me!!!!!
Marinate boneless, skinless chicken breasts in
sesame oil ( drizzeled moderatly over the top)
sprinkle evenly Paprika, sea salt, fresh ground pepper! for several hours, mine was frozen this a.m. so I kept it in my tenderizer all day sitting on my cupboard!
Cut up Chicken before your ready to cook into slices of your choice, cook at 350 till cooked :p
PEANUT SAUCE
Sesame Oil 1/2 tsp
Finely grated ginger root 2 tsp
Garlic cloves minces 2
Peanut Butter 1/3 Cup
Brown Sugar packed 2 Tbsp
Lime juice 2 Tbsp
Soy Sauce ( I used Braggs Amino Acids) 2 Tbsp
Chili Paste 1/2 tsp ( sambal oelek) is a brandname! that's all!
Light Coconut Milk 1/2 Cup
Heat the first 3 ingredients in a saucepan on medium heat till fragrant. Add next 5 ingredients. Heat and stir for about 5 minutes until PB is melted. Add coconut milk, heat and stir till bubbly. let cool and serve it saids..........But i served it warm with the chicken! Flippen Good! DGC! :
